Syed Khurram is a former service delivery executive, having developed and managed executive relationships for such key service provider accounts as Comcast and Research in Motion (BlackBerry). He has a proven track record of business strategy, customer satisfaction, delivery execution and operations.
In his 17 years at Cisco Systems, Syed played several key roles in the services organization related to outsourcing, business development and formation of support teams in cutting-edge technologies.
Syed has written several white papers and presented in multiple industry conferences related to quality of service and VoIP. Syed holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in computer networks from Wichita State University.
